Refunds & returns
Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging, subject to inspection. Personalized or engraved watches may not be returnable unless defective.
Defective or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order reference. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
How to start a return
Message or call us at contact with your order number. We will confirm the return address and any restocking or shipping fees that may apply.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible, within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the returned item. Bank or wallet processing times may add additional days.
